• The drywall track profile is made from galvanized steel, typically 0.8-1.2mm thick. It has a U-shaped design, featuring embossed surface for enhanced adhesion to cement. This track profile is mainly used in light steel framing for partition walls and ceilings, offering superior performance and durability in construction.

• 3T Decoiler → Guide → Embossing → Roll Former → Straightener → Hydraulic Cutter
• The process begins with the 3T Decoiler, where steel sheets are unrolled. After guiding, the sheets pass through a pressing roller that adds embossed points. The steel is then shaped in the 14-station Roll Former. The straightener ensures the profile's flatness, while the hydraulic cutter tracks the production line, cutting accurately without waste.
