The electric discharger is composed of a rotor impeller with several blades, a shell,

a seal, a reducer, a motor, etc. It has the characteristics of reliable and stable

operation, low noise, less failure, long life, etc., using ductile iron and bearing steel,

has the advantages of good performance and high wear resistance. As an advanced

discharge equipment, electric discharger has played a great role in dust removal,

metallurgy, building materials, chemical, food and other industries.
The upper and lower flanges of the electric discharger are basically square or round,

and can also be selected by the user. The electric discharger is divided into three

categories: ordinary type, high temperature resistant type and pressure resistant type.

Among them, the temperature of the material transported by it can reach 280°C. Both

ends of the bearing and the impeller have a certain isolation, which can prevent the

contact between the ultra-fine powder and the bearing. The temperature of the high t

emperature conveying material can reach 500°C, and the sprocket is connected, and

the reducer and the discharger shell have a certain distance.
