Test scope
1. Fire resistance performance tests of reinforced concrete
load-bearing walls, steel structure load-bearing walls with
protective layers (fireproof coatings), light steel keel panel
load-bearing walls, glued laminated wood panel load-bearing walls,
etc. with a single-sided fire exposure area of 3000×3000 (mm), and
temperature measurement at selected points at different
cross-sections and widths inside the walls.
2. Fire resistance performance test of non-load-bearing components
and parts. Intelligent test device for fire resistance performance
of non-load-bearing walls
The net dimensions inside the furnace are 4200×4800×1500 (mm), and
the fire-exposed area of the test piece is 4200×4800 (mm).
Test scope: It can simultaneously test the fire resistance
performance of symmetrical and asymmetrical structural samples
under the same working conditions, such as fireproof doors and
Windows, glass, fireproof sealants, etc. It can also conduct fire
resistance tests on large fire compartments and fireproof partition
components such as super-large area firewalls, fireproof glass

Intelligent test device for fire resistance performance of fire

Scope of application: It is applicable to load-bearing and
non-load-bearing components such as walls, beams, columns, floor
slabs, ceilings and roofs. Other components, accessories or

Main parameters
Laboratory: 4.5M(length)x 4.5m (width)x 3.5m (height), with
high-temperature resistant insulation materials used inside.

The measurement range of radiant heat on the backfire side of the
specimen is 0 to 10W/cm²
The temperature and pressure control inside the furnace are
achieved by connecting to the control system via the RS485 of the
computer. The DC output voltage of the combustion test sensors such
as thermocouples and pressure sensors is converted into digital
form and then transmitted to the computer system for display and
storage.
Note: The specific implementation of the fire resistance test equipment for building components should be based on the products that the customer needs to test to avoid unnecessary costs. Vertical furnace
Scope of application: It is applicable to determining the fire
resistance characteristics of horizontal building components such
as walls, beams, columns, floor slabs and ceilings under standard
fire exposure conditions.
Comply with the test requirements of standards such as
GB/T9978.1-2008, ISO834-1:1999, GB/T9978.5-2008, ISO834-5:2000,
GB/T9978.6-2008, and ISO834-6:2000.
Performance features: It adopts high-precision multi-position
acquisition cards to collect data from various aspects such as
temperature, pressure and flow rate of each channel. Through
microcomputer analysis, processing and control, it generates
real-time reproduction of the real information during combustion.
The combustion characteristics are determined by microcomputer
analysis. The whole machine is made of high-quality components to
ensure the high-quality and high-speed operation of the system,
which is advanced.
Technical parameters
1. Instrument composition: Refractory test furnace, gas flow
measurement system, temperature measurement system and pressure
measurement and control system.
2. Refractory test furnace: It is a vertical test furnace with
internal dimensions of 4.5m (length) ×3.5m (depth) ×1.25m (height).
3. Furnace structure: A steel structure frame is adopted. The
furnace wall is built with refractory bricks in the middle of the
steel structure frame. The inner side of the furnace wall is made
of high-temperature resistant insulation material with a density
greater than 1000kgpm³. The outer side is wrapped with color steel,
and the thickness of the inner lining material of the furnace is
65mm. The temperature test temperature inside the furnace can reach
up to 1250℃.
4. Temperature measurement system
1. Furnace thermocouple: The furnace adopts K-type nickel-chromium
- nickel-chromium thermocouples with a wire diameter of 2.0mm as
stipulated in GB/T 16839.1. They are covered with heat-resistant
stainless steel tube sleeves, and heat-resistant materials are
filled in the middle. The length of the hot end extending out of
the sleeve is not less than 25mm. There are a total of 5 pieces,
and the temperature accuracy is less than ±15℃.
2. Backfire surface temperature measurement: A 0.5MM diameter
thermocouple is used, which is fused and welded to a thickness of
0.2MM and a diameter of 12MM
For large nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon thermocouples that comply
with the provisions of GB/T16839.1 on circular copper sheets,
asbestos gaskets with a length and width of 30MM and a thickness of
2.0MM should be covered. A total of 20 pieces

compliance with GB/T7633-2008 and GB/T17428-2009

15. Loading device: A trolley is adopted, with a height of 3.5
meters and a width of 3.0 meters, consisting of a trolley body and
a specimen platform. The vehicle body is designed with four ground
wheels, which can move on the steel rails. The test platform is a
3.0m*3.0m square steel structure frame. During the test, an
electric hoist is used to lift the test piece platform with the
test piece onto the vehicle body. Then, the trolley is pushed to
the test position and fixed, and the test begins.
16. Electrical control section: It adopts the MCGS configuration
software of the integrated industrial control computer and the PLC
program.
