ALN’s new-generation flax opening, impurity removal and fine
carding production line is an iterative upgrade built on more than
40 years of technological accumulation, rather than a product
developed in a short period. Founded in 1976, our manufacturing arm
has grown into a comprehensive manufacturer of fiber processing
machinery integrating R&D, production, sales, service and
import & export trade.
With years of dedication to fiber processing, high-value
utilization of recycled fibers and automation technology, the
company has achieved four stages of technological iteration:
standalone machinery → automated fiber production lines →
intelligent whole-line coordinated control → holistic high-value
fiber processing solutions.
Our self-developed 3rd-generation equipment is not a simple upgrade
by adding spare parts. Drawing on mature process expertise, it

intelligent control, temperature & humidity management, safety
protection, dust treatment, fiber recovery and energy management to
form an integrated intelligent production system. Featuring broad
adaptability, it provides customized processing solutions for
various recycled textile raw materials such as flax, hemp, ramie,
