Product Overview

Widely used in inlets containing floating objects, such as river channels, bar screen wells, water pumping stations, hydropower stations, waterworks, power plants, and steel mills. Effectively intercepts sediments and dregs from sewage for preliminary purification, ensuring normal operation of subsequent treatment processes.

Ryde 2G Rotary Drum Screen is widely applied for wastewater treatment projects including urban wastewater, industrial wastewater, food processing industry, and paper industry. This equipment effectively removes scum, short fibers, and suspended matter from water intake, discharging them after dewatering. Suitable for high-precision processes with small grid gaps and low canal depth requirements.

This equipment integrates four functions: intercepting dregs, removing dregs, spiral lifting, and pressing dewatering. Mounted in the canal at a 35-degree angle, wastewater flows into the drum from the inlet port. Water flows out from the drum side while the grid intercepts dregs. The drum rotates at a fixed speed, with nylon brush and flush water spray nozzle systems removing dregs and exporting them through spiral lifting. Dehydrated dregs are delivered to containers or transportation equipment in a clean, odor-free process.
