The mold handling cart is composed of motor, reducer, electric appliance and wheels. Due to more parts, compared with other carts, it has large size. But it travels flexibly.
The driving wheel and load wheel of trackless mold handling cart is high strength PU wheel. It is wear-resistance, and has low maintain cost.
The functions of the mold handling cart including 360 degree turning, go forward and backward, turn left and right, adjust speed button, indicator light, electric indicator light and other control buttons.

Main Parts of Motorized Mold Handling cart

Electric Power Control System:It is mainly composed of control switch, voltage converter, warning lamp and conductive transmission device. Its main function is to provide the voltage needed for the operation of flat transfer car and ensure its safety.

Driven Control System:It is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller belt, brake device and brake controller. Its main function is to drive the mold handling cart to slide on the track.
