This instrument uses a UV extension filter that allows the passage of UV light below the cut-off point of natural sunlight (equivalent to sunlight without atmosphere), which simulates the full spectrum of sunlight in an optimal way, and through appropriate temperature control, to Comprehensively obtain the results of the damage of sunlight and temperature on polymer materials (material aging includes fading, loss of light, strength reduction, cracking, peeling, chalking and oxidation, etc.).
