Aerobic Reactor Introduction:
Jingcheng JC-90SMA three-diamentional type fermentation machine is
mainly yused for high-temperature aerobic fermentation of livestock
and poultry manure, kitchen waste, domestic sludge and other
wastes, and uses the activity of micro-organisms to biological
decompose the organic matter in the waste to achieve intelligent
integrated sludge and organic waste treatment equipment for
harmless, stabilization, reduction and resource utilization.
The working principle of Jingcheng JC-90SMA three-dimensional type
fermentation machine is to mix waste (livestock and poultry manure,
kitchen waste, domestic sludge, etc.), biomass (straw and sawdust,
etc.) and return materials in a certain proportion, to make water
rate reaches 60-65% of the design requirements, it enters the
stereo aerobic system. By adjusting the moisture, oxygen content
and temperature changes of the raw materials, the materials can
undergo sufficient aerobic fermentation and decomposition. The heat
released during the decomposition process can increase the
temperature of the sludge itself, and the maximum temperature can
reach 80°C. The moisture in the sludge is evaporated as the
temperature rises, and part of the organic matter is decomposed, so
that the volume of the pile of livestock and poultry manure and
other sludge is reduced, and the sludge reduction treatment is
achieved.
The integrated fermentation machine is mainly composed of
fermentation silo, spindle drive system, hydraulic power system,
loading lifting system, air supply system, deodorizing system, and
electric control system.
