Design concept:

The fully automatic identification detection system designed by our company uses high-speed smart cameras, high-definition lenses and stroboscopic light sources to perform online collection and monitoring of the detected products after coding. The camera transmits the collected image information of the detected products to the control system, and the system calculates the picture information fed back by the camera through the internal software system to determine whether there are missing sprays, wrong sprays, and digital incompleteness on the side of the rum bottle cap and the production date on the label.

This project uses a color high-magnification camera, which can be moved up and down to meet the detection needs of the side of the bottle cap and on the label. The equipment adopts a highly integrated detection and calculation module, which has the characteristics of compact space, convenient installation and deployment, accurate and fast detection, simple operation, and easy to use. It can be freely matched and installed at any position in the assembly line to ensure product quality.

• The core algorithm of image processing. After a long-term accumulation of industry experience, the original program developed based on the C++ language has been continuously upgraded and improved, and the operation is more stable and fast.
• Complete functional modules. Fully consider the functions used by customers on site, and reserve interfaces in the operation interface, which is convenient for adding later.
• One-click sampling, recipe management. The system completes the initial recipe learning based on all the samples provided by the customer, and the later new recipes are simple and easy to learn, and the sampling process is completed with one click.
• Customers only need to call out the corresponding formula when changing production and changing products, no other operations are required.
