Features

1. TPS 52-D01 Turbocharger consists of a mixed-flow turbine and a radial compressor, with internal bearings lubricated by engine oil;
2. A single machine can be equipped with 500-3000kw high-speed diesel engines and gas engines;
3. Internally supported semi-floating plain bearings with cooled and uncooled bearing housing designs;
4. A constant pressure mixing turbine is used to increase the volumetric flow through the nozzle ring through pulse application;
5. The compressor impeller adopts rear inclined splitter blades to provide pressure in three different periods;
6. T/C comprehensive efficiency is 62%-64%, maximum pressure ratio is 4.5;
7. With compact structure and easy maintenance, TPS 52-D01 Turbocharger is widely used in marine diesel engine auxiliary generator sets or engine sets, etc.

TPS series

The ABB TPS turbocharger is a mixed-flow turbocharger, which consists of a single-stage mixed-flow turbine and a centrifugal compressor. It uses an inner support semi-floating sliding bearing and an external lubricating oil system. The air intake housing can freely rotate at 15° intervals according to the installation angle, and the turbine housing can freely rotate at 22.5° intervals. The flow range of this series of turbochargers is 0.7~5m3/s, the compression ratio range is 2.0~4.5, and the total efficiency is 64%. A single turbocharger can meet the requirements of high-speed diesel engines from 500kw to 3000kw. This series of turbochargers has a simple and compact structure, is sturdy and durable, has low operating cost, excellent performance and wide applicability. It is widely used in marine main engines, marine auxiliary engines, generator sets, diesel engines and other application fields.
