    Product Description

    Autoclave Kettle belongs large pressure vessel equipment, used for maintenance and steaming of lime-sand brick, fly-ash brick, aerated concrete blocks, new light wall material, and concrete tubular pile and other building products, presently, autoclave not only used in silicate building products, it was also used for the products steaming in chemical industry, medicine, rubber, wood, gypsum, glass, thermal insulation materials, textile, war industry and other areas.
    This series double-drum boiler is horizontal moving chain grate steam boiler. The boiler has two drums and convection bank inside. Water wall tubes are placed in the burner at left and right side. There is a steam-water separator and surface blow down device fixed in the upper drum, and a periodic blow down device fixed in another drum which is at the bottom. The tail decorates economizer. Moving chain grate makes it convenient to feed coal.
    Induced draft fan and forced draft fan make good ventilation. Fuel from coal scuttle fall on grate stoker,enters the furnace was burned, the flame through the combustion chamber,the economizer and was drew forth by induced draft fan and into the atmosphere.

    Technological process:

    1. First, dose and match measured raw materials;
    2. After distributing, feed raw material into pouring mixer to make slurry.


    3. Through thoroughly mixing, the slurry is poured to mould;

    4. After pre-curing under a certain temperature and time, the block would reach a certain hardness and prepare for cutting;
    5. Tilting hoister would turn over 90 degrees of mould;
    6. Then open the mould and separate it from block. And take the block with side plate to the cutting cart;



    7.Firstly, the cutting machine vertical cuts blocks from both sides.


    8. Secondly the horizontal cutting;
    9. Finally the vertical cutting;




    10. After cutting, the block is hanged to trolley with side plate by semi-finished product hoister;
    11. Organizing the cut blocks and put them into autoclaves;




    12. Hardening the blocks under certain temperature and pressure;
    13. Carry the finished product out of autoclave;
    14. The finished product hoister take the finished product to stock shield;
    15. Packed for loading;




    16. The side plate return back through side plate roller;
    17. Side plate would be organized with open mould;.
    18. Clean the mould and prepare for next pouring;
    19. Steel bars processing line for slab production.


    1. AAC block production line Introduction


    Areated concrete brick (light brick ) is the light and porous buidling material. It has light

    keeping temperature cant burn and other advantages.it can be made into many kinds of bricks(for

    example:600×200×100,80×80×180,240×115×53,600×200×125),they could be used industry building and common building.they are more and more popular in the world.in the future,they will replace the Clay brick completely.


    2. Areated concrete common conception


    Common concrete density is usually 1600-2400kg/m,but Areated concrete are 500kg/m3,600kg/m3
    ,700kg/m3.It has not the big grain,main use silicon material (for example:coal ash,sand,stone dust

    and others ),through making the material small for example sand,they can be used directly if has

    enough degree of small (for example coal ash.Mixing calcium material lime cement water to a

    special slop,then add the aluminum dust and the additive.Make the aluminum dust and the special

    slop have a Chemical reflect.then produce Hydrogen to make the concrete slop to expanding or

    swell,foam.Next,put them into the curing room to concreting cutting steaming curing,last,there will

    bacome the light brick,the porous rate is 70-80%.


    3. AAC block production line Advantages

    Areated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m3,(according the market in produce ),same as

    1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete.So use the Light brick can reduce the weight of the

    build more,and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best.then you can see,it can save the

    (2) Keeping temperature
    It has many are porous,the delivery hearting coefficient is 0.9-0.22W/(mk),the same as 1/4 or
